Using the site
By using shrink.run you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The tools are free, need no account and are offered to anyone who wants them.
No warranty
Everything here is provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise that the site will always be available, that a tool will handle every file you throw at it, or that a result will be exactly what you expected. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the site.
Your files stay yours
Every tool runs locally in your browser, so we never receive, store or process your files — and we cannot recover them for you. Keep your own backups of anything you care about and check the output before you delete an original. Converting or compressing a file is lossy work; verify the result first. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to process them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload or break it, or to misrepresent it as your own service. Beyond that, use it as much as you like — the work happens on your device, so there is no quota to respect.
Ads and third parties
The site is free and may show ads to cover its costs. Ads and any pages they link to are not under our control, and linking to an external site is not an endorsement of it.
Privacy
How data is handled — which is very little — is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site changes. Any update is posted on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
